Thanks for reading, Raymond, and I agree that people just don't care for your place the way they (hopefully) do their own. For example, I can tell when someone spilled a drink they didn't bother to wipe up. However, at our place in the woods, people do frequently book to have a quiet night to themselves. I suppose it depends on the type of place you're offering.
